Small giraffe figurine made of clear plastic, changes colors every few minutes.6-8" tall.Where can I get one

Where did you see it? For sale or on display.
Almost certainly has a base with a set of colored LEDs or a motorized color wheel inside.
Maybe a display base sold separately and a plastic giraffe being sold there.

Thought it would be easy to find online but I can't come up with anything. Please help.

Update: A guy was using it as a card protector in a poker game. He wouldn't say where he got it. I examined it. No batteries, no led's, no base. The giraffe stood on 4 legs that were very close together. The figurine was completely translucent throughout so it really was a marvel as to how this thing changed colors without any electronics
